Sagun sagun or Sesagun or Sagun kelapa......

Hai everyone, today i wanna share with u my favorite snack during childhood...

Which call SESAGUN....

I dunno what its named in ENGLISH, but i can sure you it taste great ....

Here are some picture of it, and guest what, u may also make it by urself....


Ingredients :

2 kg of rice (wash and dry)
2 kg sugar ( icing sugar or u may blend the coarse sugar)
2 coconut grated (take white only)
2 pandan leaves
Salt to taste
Some water

How to do it :

Blend the rise until u get a powder like structure...
put some salt in the grated coconut ( take the white part only )
Then, mix up the blended rise and the coconut, you may add water just to moisture it, don't put too much water.
Then, fried them in a wok without oil.
Control the fire level, juz use a small one k...
always stir the ingredient until it dry and smell nice, make sure u not over cooked it till it burn on fire, huahahahaaaa....
After that, cooled it down...
When it is cool enough, then add the sugar in it...
So now, u may eat them...

Down here are the recommended way to package them...
So that, little children would like to eat them, even adult oso might wan some....
